The customer, CNOOC (Fujian) Deep Cooling Fine Rubber Powder Co., Ltd., is based in Fujian, China, and mainly produces rubber powder. The company processes 20,000 tons of waste tyres annually, yielding 13,000 tons of fine rubber powder, 5,000 tons of steel wire by-products, and 2,000 tons of fiber by-products. Therefore, the customer requires an efficient and stable waste tyre recycling line solution.
In response to the customer's needs, we provided a complete tyre recycling line. This project primarily uses waste tyres as raw materials and involves processes such as automatic sorting and cleaning of waste tyres, drying, and loading. The main equipment includes an automatic sorting and cleaning machine, a drying line, a conveyor line, an intelligent pyrolysis production line, a carbon black deep processing line, as well as supporting environmental protection facilities.
