The new waste tyre recycling equipment provided by Zhejiang TIANTIE to a listed tyre company consists of multiple units, including whole tire weighing and shredding, rubber chip silo, grinding into powder, steel wire separation, fiber separation, rubber powder cooling, long-distance directional conveying, safety alarm, and automatic control system.
This tire recycling line boasts several features. Firstly, after the beads are cut, the tyres are placed on the conveyor belt and transported to the shredding module. The latest four-shaft tyre shredder is used for breaking whole tyres into rubber chips. The tyre feeding mechanism operates intelligently and continuously, ensuring smooth operation. The core cutting blades of the shredding machine can handle over 20,000 tons of waste tyres, and the initial grinding capacity is approximately 5,000 tons. Moreover, the blades can be repaired and sharpened multiple times in a straightforward process.
Since the production capacity of the whole tyre shredding section in this recycling line exceeds that of the subsequent powder grinding section, we have developed and manufactured two sets of China's first large-scale rubber chip silos specifically for the owner. Each silo has a volume of up to 40 cubic meters and can store 20 tons of rubber chips.
